Write the process
One step per line. Words like “if / otherwise”, “repeat until” and “at the same time” become decisions, loops and parallel work.
Write one step per line, with decisions, loops and parallel work. Edit the flowchart, review missing branches, export SVG or JSON. Your data stays in this browser.
A short tour from writing a process to reviewing and sharing the flowchart.
Procedures live in documents, but people understand diagrams. Write one step per line. Words like if, otherwise, repeat until and at the same time become decisions, loops and parallel work. The flowchart appears at once. The review flags missing branches, dead ends, and loops without an exit. Play it step by step, estimate the total time, and export SVG, JSON, or a Markdown runbook. Everything runs in your browser.

The flowchart is drawn at once. Fix nodes, undo, redo.

Turkish and English. Patterns such as “if … otherwise”, “eğer … değilse”, “repeat until”, “…a kadar tekrarla” and “at the same time” become decisions, loops and parallel steps. Numbered lists and one-step-per-line text work too.
A rule-based parser and a small classifier running in WebAssembly decide the step types. The result is deterministic: the same text always gives the same flowchart. No cloud language model is involved.
Steps with no way out, decisions missing an “otherwise” branch, steps that cannot be reached, loops without an exit, two actions joined by “and”, and consecutive steps that look independent and could run in parallel. It also reports a missing Start or End. If you wrote durations (for example “30 seconds” or “5 min”), it estimates the total along the longest path and highlights that path on the chart.

SVG (vector drawing), JSON (nodes and edges) and a Markdown runbook. Exported files contain the text you wrote.
Put the business decision, data owner, baseline and acceptance criteria in one place.
Alarm floods are solved with an alarm philosophy first, not a model. AI works better on an orderly alarm list.
